This morning I was casually flipping through a music magazine and I decided to count the gender ratio within its pages. As it turns out, there are 264 males in this magazine and 4 females. FOUR girls. This is a popular music magazine, and this ratio is not awesome.
This blog isn’t meant to slap the hands of the editors or make the boys feel bad for being… abundant in the music industry. This is to urge you girls out there to go learn an instrument if it’s something you want to do. Start a band! We need more live music ladies!! And do something waaay out of the ordinary!! Don’t feel intimidated, music is not a man’s job.
Ladies, get in there! Never let anyone tell you this world isn’t yours.

hahahaa but not cool at all,however some of us sound AWFUL and as much as we would LOVE to lift the gal power banner up high,we may wanna pass on this one,thx for the encouragement though...i'l stick to hanging around and cheering you cool gals representing,i sound better screaming anyway....lol
